Everyone has better things to do than sit in traffic.

Funding an efficient infrastructure at the state level helps all of us be more productive and spend more time with those that matter to us rather than sitting in traffic.  For too long, the trend at the state level has been to push responsibility for roads onto counties and municipalities, effectively reducing the transport budget and making projects which should cross local boundaries harder to coordinate.  A vote for Jerry Newton on November 8 is a vote for stable transport funding which helps us all save time.
